2013 Holiday Letter from Florida

As I look back upon our year I think of folks we hold so dear.

We go to church each Sunday for sure. Hildra sings in the choir, and Larry is an usher.

My knees and feet act up sometime, yet most of the time my body’s just fine.

Our teeth occupied much of our year, but we’ve found a good dentist, no need to fear.

We’ve simply loved it when we had company. So far 2 Texas couples and a cousin from L’s family.

He fixes oatmeal with Greek yogurt and fruit, then does the laundry and folds things to boot!

I make homemade soup,  and veggies abound; you’d likely eat healthy if you came around.

We’ve both lost weight and stay on our health with walks, classes, & having fun for wealth.

We catch a movie once in a while, and plays at Pinecrest School door–it all makes us smile!

Went back to Texas into the North Woods; saw friends and ate lots of goodies.

Then a great friend took us on a road trip to see each grandkid. That much fun just doesn’t have a lid!

The grandkids are thriving. They make my days bright! I think of them often when they’re out of sight:-)

Did other fun stuff like a water taxi picnic. Even spent a day on a yacht! TV for Heat games, and watch the boats and what not.

Thanksgiving with Florida family, filled our table galore. It was easy to list so much we were thankful for.

The list was long and not complete. Even with the years’ challenges we know life is sweet.

Now as we don our Christmas duds and decorate with candles and holly buds,

Our hearts send you more than a few wishes for a cherished Christmas, and joy as you gather round Christmas bushes.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays filled with the peace of the Season to all!
