Someone asked me how I lost weight and improved my health in retirement. This was my response:
Oatmeal for breakfast, soup for lunch.
Lots of veggies, green leaves by the bunch.
Daily walks after supper with my hon;
Weekly class, moving’s never done!
Less food for supper–smaller dish;
And that is how I claimed my wish:-)
